मजबूर पेंशन

ए मेरी पेंशन 
आज तू सुन 
तेरे मिलने की ख़ुशी मे 
क्यूँ बज उठती है
उदासी की धुन.

भूली तो न होगी तू 
वह पहली मुलाकात 
पूरा फंड ले कर मेरा
तूने पकड़ा था हाथ 
तेरे जन्मदाता की थी गारंटी
कि हर नए वेतन समझोते पर
तेरा नया मूल रूप होगा 
सदा नया स्वरूप होगा.

मेरी शक्की बीवी को भरोसा न था
में जानती हूँ तुम्हरी पुरानी आदत 
पैसा हमेशा नए रूप पर लुटाते हो 
और, उधार लेने मेरे मायके घुस जाते हो 
मैंने समझाया ,भाग्यवान
बैंक अधिकारी, सभी नेता कह रहें हैं 
मजबूर बुढ़ापे में कभी 
ये साथ न छोड़ेगी , 
वक्त के साथ दोड़ेगी 
मान जा तू , तेरे पापा भी कह रहें हैं [

पर यह क्या हुआ
तू जितनी थी पहले दिन 
उतनी है अब तक
न जाने रहेगी ऐसे कब तक
वादा इक निभा न पाई
रिवीजन तो दूर ,
महंगाई भत्ते को 
खुद में समां न पाई

तुझ से परेशां मेरी बीवी 
कोसती है सदा 
और देखो नए रूप की अदा 
सर्फ की जगह
देसी साबुन ला रहे हो
और उसी से धो कर मुंह 
गुसलखाने से बाहर आ रहे हो ,
बादल तो खूब बरसतें हैं 
पर पानी से पकोड़े तलूं कैसे
भुने चने टूटे दांतों से चबा कर 
गीत सावन के गाऊ कैसे
अपडेशन, अपडेशन 
के लारे कब तक देते रहोगे

कुंडली मारे बैठें है 
देश के खज़ाने पर
बैंक क्या, 
देश पूरा उनका अखाडा है .

खुल के खेलतें है बैंक फण्ड से
बसता है उनका परिवार कार्पोरेट जगत से 
उधार खाये जा रहें है लेके बैंकों से 
देश के हित में है सस्ता कर्ज
लोन चुकाना नहीं उनका फ़र्ज़ 
एन पी ए तो है बैंकों का पुराना मर्ज़ 
बैंकों में अपडेशन से देश डूब जाए गा 
अपडेशन सिर्फ सरकारी है 
बैंकों के लिए बीमारी है .

अफ़सोस, मैं तुम्हारे लिए अपडेट हो न पायी 
मैं मजबूर ,वादा एक निभा न पायी
