The Group, EXRBITES, exclusively for Reserve Bank of India employees, both working and retired, including those who later opted for Associate Institutions was started on 24th September,2009. It has been formed mainly to enable members to
(1)keep in touch with each other through internet,
(2)promote general goodwill,
(3)share any information/material/photographs of common interest and
(4)share their experiences/aspirations/views with other members.
Membership is open to all employees of RBI, working or retired, including those those who later opted for Associate Institutions, subject to prior approval. The group is essentially a community based social entity and in no way subscribes to any particular political or religious ideology.

EXRBITES- NEW BLOG
It is observed of late that many of our friends have shown literary bent of mind. They not only compose themselves, they have a vast collection of literary gems in Hindi and English. With a view to bring all such contributions by our members at one place we have created a new blog with the same name i.e. EXRBITES. You can access the blog by clicking at the link below or by typing it in your browser:-

The great advantage of having a blog is that any one, whether he is our member or not, can access the blog. Now your compositions will be available to whole world.

Dear friends,
As you know we have created a blog in April, 2010 also named "EXRBITES" for posting literary contributions made by our members.
The main advantage of blog is that for accessing it you need not be a member of Exrbites group. So you get a much wider audience all over the world. You may recall that in poetry also we had evolved a style of our own i.e. first in Devanagari script, then in Roman script followed by a free translation in English. This has been widely appreciated by our friends who are not very comfortable with Hindi/Urdu.
Anyone, anywhere in the world, can access the blog by simply typing in his/her browser the following:-

Please have a look at the blog. We are sure our initiative will rekindle a desire in you to create/write/ pen down something which you will like to put on the blog. Now it is up to you - please go ahead and do what you had been thinking of doing all these years. If you have any suggestions in this regard please feel free to write to undersigned.

MEMBERS' BLOGS
When we talk of creativity and original writing, my earlier message will not be complete if I do not mention that many of our members are maintaining their own blogs. On our part we have provided a link to their blogs on our Group site. You can access the website by clicking at "Visit your Group" in the last line of any group mail you have received. Once the page opens pl click at "More" and select "Links" from drop down box. If you are interested in quality reading please not only go through their blogs but recommend it to your friends. As I have already said even non- members can access the blog.
In this regard I would like to mention particularly the blog maintained by of Shri PPR (P.P Ramachandran M-37), whose writings are regularly appearing at our group website. This include reviews of various books which are published by Free Press Journal in its Sunday Editions. It goes without saying that these reviews are of very high quality and widely appreciated by one and all . The Exrbites is really proud to have him as a member and is very thankful to him for contributing very informative material for the benefit of our members. His blog is available at:
